Tasting Note

A brooding, complex nose layered with blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry, laced with white pepper, rosemary and a touch of savoury spice. Hints of walnut, black tea and game add depth. The palate walks a tightrope of power and finesse – medium to full-bodied, with sour plum, red cherry and dried herbs flowing through a supple, structured frame. Bright acidity and fine tannins pull everything into line, finishing long and poised.
