Papillon (Butterfly ~ French) by name and nature - delicate, elegant and light on its feet. This wine offers aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, rose petal and dried spice. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with tart red plum, spiced cherry, and delicate notes of dried herbs and spice. A nervy line of acidity and fine tannins bring length and clarity to the finish.
